Spröd is located in a nice, slightly understated space in Masthugget. Behind the restaurant, which opened its doors in 2024, is an experienced pizza baker who has run the pizzeria since the 90s.
The menu revolves around really crispy pizzas topped with everything from homemade tomato sauce and cheese to salami, kebabs and vegetables, and which go by some funny names – how about “Excellent”, “Elegant” or “Delicate”? If you're feeling creative – or are just really hungry – you can add extra ingredients to the pizza. If you fancy something different, there are also “crispy wraps”, salads and plates to choose from.
